Achivement Client Charter 2019
|* Ensure Housing Assistance Program (PBR) implemented within 90 days from the date of work order issued to implement.|
|* Applications Economic/Social Amenities/Facilities infrastructure will be answered within 21 working days from the date of receipt of completed application.|
|* For admission to the College KEDA will be known within 15 days before the session begins.|
|* Payments to providers will be made electronically within 14 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.|
|* All complaints will be given the initial response within 5 working days after receiving a complete report.|
|* Payment Allowance Development and Security Committee (JKKK) will be implemented in three (3) months.|
