The Rural Road Transport Project (JPD) is completed no later than 60 days from the date of site ownership. |

The Social Amenity Project (PAMS) is completed no later than 3 to 6 months from the date of site ownership. |

KEDA College students will obtain a Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) for at least six (6) months of course. |

Payment to the supplier will be made electronically within 14 days from the date the complete document is received. |

All public complaints will be given an initial response within 5 working days after the complete complaint is received |

Notification of the status of the application for the rental of premises & industrial lots will be answered within 21 working days from the date the complete application is received |
