KEDA DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES
2012 is the beginning of the 10th Malaysian Budget Plan (RMKe-10).
The Development Strategies for 2012 covers 3 major fields;
i. Economic Development
– increase income
ii. Human Capital Development
– Quality and skill development
iii. Physical Development
– upgrade the quality and standard of living
These strategies are developed based on the needs of the development and the economic growth of the country.
The main focus is the development of the poor as a whole in KEDA regions. The implementation is done through various programmes under the Regional Development Program, Intergrated Rural Development Programme and Mainstreaming Vocational Skill and Training Programme which consists of 8 development projects.
