SERDANG – The final day of MAHA 2026 remained lively as visitors to the Rural Entrepreneur Pavilion, Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW), took the opportunity to receive a variety of free souvenirs prepared by the Kedah Regional Development Authority (KEDA).
In addition to the souvenirs, visitors also had the opportunity to enjoy a 10 per cent discount on accommodation vouchers offered by KEDA Holding, providing an added benefit to those visiting the KEDA booth.
The various activities and special offers were part of KEDA’s efforts to engage with the community while giving visitors the opportunity to learn more about KEDA’s role, functions and operations in developing rural communities and areas.
An interactive quiz was also held for visitors, testing their knowledge of KEDA, including its role and various rural development programmes.
The activity received an encouraging response, with visitors taking the opportunity to test their knowledge while bringing home souvenirs as a memorable token of their visit.
The lively atmosphere at the Rural Entrepreneur Pavilion on the final day of MAHA 2026 also demonstrated the effectiveness of the platform as a space for interaction between government agencies, entrepreneurs and the community in promoting rural products, services and development initiatives.
The strong presence and positive response from visitors throughout MAHA 2026 will further encourage KEDA to strengthen its community engagement efforts and promote its various rural development initiatives to a wider audience.
