1.	Completed the construction of the Newest Poor People’s Housing Project (PPRT) to be built within 4 months and to repair PPRT houses within 2 months after the Letter of Acceptance is issued.
2.	The Rural Road Transport Project (JPD) is completed no later than 60 days from the date of site ownership.
3.	The Social Amenity Project (PAMS) is completed no later than 3 to 6 months from the date of site ownership.
4.	KEDA College students will obtain a Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) for at least six (6) months of course.
5.	Payment to the supplier will be made electronically within 14 days from the date the complete document is received.
6.	All public complaints will be given an initial response within 5 working days after the complete complaint is received
7.	Notification of the status of the application for the rental of premises & industrial lots will be answered within 21 working days from the date the complete application is received
8.	Ensure that the content and information of the KEDA website is updated within 3 days from the date of receipt of the information.
