ALOR SETAR – The Kedah Regional Development Authority (KEDA) continues to demonstrate its commitment to the welfare of its employees through the organisation of a Monthly Assembly held at the KEDA Headquarters Complex here yesterday.

The event was further enlivened with the presentation of Hari Raya Aidilfitri contributions to KEDA staff and its subsidiaries as a token of appreciation for their commitment and dedication in driving the organisation’s development.

The ceremony was officiated by the General Manager of KEDA, YBhg. Puan Hajah Afifah binti Haji Omar.

Also in attendance were the Deputy General Manager (Operations) of KEDA, Mr. Khairul Azmeer bin Abu Bakar, as well as the KEDA Community Development Manager, Mr. Mohd Azam bin Omar, who is currently carrying out the duties of Deputy General Manager (Management) of KEDA.

In her speech, she expressed her appreciation to all KEDA staff for their continuous efforts in ensuring that every plan and programme is successfully implemented for the well-being of rural communities.

The event began with the singing of Negaraku, the Kedah State Anthem, KEDA Maju Jaya, and the Public Service Song, followed by a doa recitation and the public service pledge, before proceeding with the keynote address by the General Manager of KEDA.

The programme concluded at 10:00 AM in a warm and harmonious atmosphere, reflecting a strong sense of unity among KEDA staff in anticipation of the upcoming Aidilfitri celebration.
